The water ring granulation system is the highest efficiency of plastic after extrusion granulation facilities. The operation process is that the material first forms a molten state in the extruder. And the molten material is extruded from the die head of the water ring granulating device. After the rotating blade of the water ring, the granulating machine cuts the material strip into a granular shape, which will be immediately taken away by the cooling water along the spiral structure pipe of the device to the water material conveying device and sent to the dehydrator. The water enters the lower part of the dehydrator. After that, the granular material is taken to the upper end along the axial direction of the dehydrator. Then the water flow is dried and filtered inside the dehydrator and flew into the circulating pool at the lower mouth of the dehydrator. After cooling, the water is pumped through the circulating pump to the water ring graning device for reuse. Fly in the direction tangent to the inner circle. The particle material takes to the vibrating screen from the discharge port. After the vibrating screen, the particle material with a qualified shape is sent to the hopper by the particle lifting device for temporary storage and waiting for packaging.
